Change of Blog Format

Hey guys,

I'd like to get into the screenwriting news business. The strike has changed me, and I'd like to post up-to-date news articles about all things related to screenwriting while also continuing to provide in-depth analysis, script reviews, and commentary. This, of course, means multiple posts every day, but this is what I'd like to do. I'd like to share (and comment on) all of the articles I read. It'll all start on Monday.

Yes, sounds interesting. I love the discussions that took place over the past few days on your blog. Lots of juice!

Every artiste has to periodically re-invent himself / herself, right?

In the screenwriting bidness, are you crazy? You know how nuts that is? Only the insane would consciously choose this field!

Heh-heh. Ambitious, you are . . .

Let's all hope for a nice ending to the negotiation that begins on Monday for us all . . .

Josh - amen to that. I'm being told it's smoke & mirrors from the producers.

Every time I read something great, I want to blog about it, but then I see my schedule of articles and then I save it all to incorporate in future articles, but now I have so many links saved, it's out of control. Screw it! I want to blog more! I'm going to share EVERYTHING I read from not only fellow screenwriters but also the film scholars. I used to blog every day, but it just wore people out. Well, this'll be a little different and maybe it won't be quite so exhausting for my readers. Screenwriters aren't in the news that often, but when they are, it'll be fun to comment on it.

Cool. A one-stop shop. Thanks for your efforts.

I think it will be much better for us and, if it makes you happy too, so much the better.

I love seeing hyperlinks.

Thanks, Mim. I really appreciate it.

The strike has changed me, too. Instead of just having a cash flow problem every month, now I get to walk in circles, chant, carry picket signs, and have a monthly cash flow problem.

The world is my oyster.

Hehehe...

I can't complain too much. So far, I've gotten two phone numbers out of the deal.
